RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

VALID AS OF OCTOBER 1st 2017

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you can return it for a refund postmarked within 14 business days of delivery. Item must not be worn, washed or damaged and in the same condition with Mint Threads tags attached.


Please include a note in the return with the following stated:

- Write name on order
- Write order number
- Write item is a return
-Write where you bought your item (Wanelo, Etsy, shopmintthreads.com)

-Once your package has been received and approved, we will refund to the original form payment for the merchandise cost minus shipping.


***Christmas items must be postmarked by 2 days***

 

 

If you need to cancel your order, it needs to be done within 24 hours, if your item has been shipped within the 24 hours, you cannot cancel your order. 

 

* We are not responsible for the buyer not entering the correct address at checkout. If an item gets returned to us by the post office for you entering an incorrect address, you will get refunded minus shipping costs and minus a restocking fee per item.
